perl crooked what do I do to reinstall

I had some problems using a compiler but at the end this is reduced to problems with "Perl Command Line Interpreter has stopped working"

I've found someone with a similar problem:

Now I've installed Strawberry perl

Herafter it's recommanded to replace the perl.exe file with the perl file in strawberry

Do I replace the whole bin directory, only the perl.exe file, all the .exe files or something else

I've tried everyting and nothing seems to work so maybe someone could give me pointers
