They are logs of the state that MATLAB was in when it crashed.
If you have already reported the crashes, or do not intend to report the crashes, then you can delete them.

@Walter. I get those crash reports all the time. What can I do to save my Matlab?

You can report the crashes. Over the long term, Mathworks might find a solution to the cause.
If the question is how to get matlab to keep executing instead of crashing, then the only way is to not do the behavior that causes the crashes.
