Why i am getting scope warning while simulation?

Since you have considerably large simulation data, it is better not to open a scope twhile simlation is running. Instead, you can close the scope while simulating (1-option). Or (2-option) remove scope block (s) instead you may use [out] or [To Workspace] block to save the simulation data and visualize afterwards in MATLAB environment.
