evaluating transfer function from matrix equation

I am sorry I have to give the matrix expression in form of screenshot(attached). I need to find the transfer function of ' vo/d, i1/d and i2/d.

please could anyone help solve it? I could not type the equation here as my word does not support it.

This really seems like a homework problem. It's good to share what you've tried so far and then mention where you're stuck.

If you're trying to do this in MATLAB, sharing your code would help too. If you have the state space equations in code, you can have a look at the ss2tf function.
