How to write this equation(a​rgmax(0<=t​<255)(1-h(​t) w(t)) in matlab code?

  1. 0<=t<255 is lower limit to argmax. how to use this in matlab coding.
  2. before this the variable h(t),w(t)should be in these variables or it can be replaced by any other variable.. because i initialised for h(t) is p(thresh) and for w(t) is temp1
pls answer for these two questions.

[minval, minidx] = p .* temp1;

What is this [minval, minidx]?.. i didn't get he answer. clearly i give the equation.. t(in suffix opt)=argmax(limit 0<=t<255)={(1-h(t)(w1(t)a^2(t)+(w2(t)e^2(t)))} pls answer for this question.. lot of times i worked for this equation... i didn't get it.. so pls help me.
