Removing of noise from speech recordings

hello ,i prepared a folder for speech recordings of different speakers by using all sound recorder software with help of external microphone,these recordings are taken from without disturbance then after listening of wave files, all of my files are getting small noise.this noise is exist without recording of speech so having of small noise it effects further.. can any body knows Algorithms or tools,software's for removing of noise.please give the response.i need urgently!
