How to generate contour maps with a 4-D file

I have a 4-D ".mat" file which has 4-D numbers. (100 x 100 x no. of days x 24)

I want to generate 3-D contour maps out of this ".mat" file. Keeping the x and Y axis as 100 x 100.

What kind of command should I be using to get the contours over selective no of days or for all days averaged over selective hours.
