serial receive status always one.

i'm trying to establish rs232 communication between simulink and arduino(9600br).4 bytes transfered from arduino and received by simulink (RS232 receive block, usb to serial cable). the problem is I received wrong datas/bytes and i realized the status bit is also always 1.

please help.
