How can I from Windows compile for Unix?

The problem is:
Machine A: Matlab 7.5 Windows XP 32 ( or Matlab 2011a Win7 x64)
Machine B: No Matlab, Ubuntu.
I need to make standalone application on A to do it on B. Help me please, how to do it.

That is not possible. Standalone are cross-platform dependent which means that if you want to create en executable for Linux, you have to create it under a Linux machine which has MATLAB Compiler installed.
