Frequency output and Digital / Analog output

I'm trying to send add a Frequency Output block to existing simulink code that already includes Analog and Digital outputs. Is this possible? The presence of either (or both) of the other two outputs seems to break the frequency output block. The signal gets to the block but no audible sound is produced. If I comment out both Analog and Digital output blocks then the sound is back.
