Error "Access Denied" while using opcserverinfo command

Hello I am trying to connect to an OPC Server with matlab. When I use the command opcserverinfo('localhost'), error "Access Denied" encounters. It was working couple of days ago but now it is impossible to connect to OPC Servers. I used opcregister command and reinstalled OPC Core components but there is no change.

What is the problem?
