plot a surface that passes through several points as the input

Hi, I have a 210*4 matrix
1st and 2nd columns are x&y
3rd and 4th columns are the z values of two planes which I want to plot and show that they cross each other. I used the script below for 1 plane but it doesn't work:
x = Points(:,1);
y = Points(:,2);
z = Points(:,3); Z = repmat(z,1,210);
surf(x,y,z)
