Matlab crashes when opening simulink

I just downloaded Matlab2011. When I try to open Simulink in this new version, Matlab crashes. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or do I need to go back to the old version of Matlab?

Did you also download the new version of Simulink? When you upgrade MATLAB you also need to upgrade the software for any licensed products you have.

If you are having trouble even after trying Walter's suggestion, I would recommend contacting Tech Support.
