Take as inputs two functions F and G, and two scalar values n and k. Test whether the functions are candidates to be a Wilf-Zeilberger pair ( http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Wilf-ZeilbergerPair.html ), based the test values of n and k. (It's not a very stringent test!) Return logical true if F and G might be a WZ pair, and false if they cannot be.
