It performs an analysis on group-matfiles providing a list of cell-matfiles (see the function for more details). Cell-matfiles must contain the series of matrices and variables generated with LSPS piloted by Ephus, using the mapAnalysis function (see: Ephus: multipurpose data acquisition software for neuroscience experiments.
