This code was written for the study : Sparse innervation and local heterogeneity in the vibrissal corticostriatal projection by Kenza Amroune, Lorenzo Fontolan, Agnès Baude, David Robbe, Ingrid Bureau. (2025). https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.106621
It performs an analysis on group-matfiles providing a list of cell-matfiles (see the function for more details). Cell-matfiles must contain the series of matrices and variables generated with LSPS piloted by Ephus, using the mapAnalysis function (see: Ephus: multipurpose data acquisition software for neuroscience experiments. Suter BA, O'Connor T, Iyer V, Petreanu LT, Hooks BM, Kiritani T, Svoboda K, Shepherd GMG (2010). Front Neural Circuits 4:100.).
