The generalized framework for cell segmentation and qunatification is demotrated by three cases.
This folder contains zhenzhou_threshold_selection method originally proposed in Z.Z. Wang, IEEE T IND INFORM VOL. 10, ISSUE, 4, pp. 2073-2083, 2014. The latest threshold selection method will be added later.
The iterative erosion method proposed in Z.Z. Wang, Pattern Recognition, Vol. 53, pp. 300-312, 2016 was used for cell separation and quantification.
Three demo examples from the defined three cases are given.
