Develop scientific data pipelines with DataJoint
DataJoint is a framework for building and executing custom data pipelines for collaborative data-rich projects. A pipeline may include nodes for manual data entry, automatic import of data from other sources, and computation.
DataJoint supports MATLAB with complete interoperability with Python. Our main customers are neuroscience labs, where these two languages account for more than 90% of data analysis code. Manuals and tutorials are available at DataJoint.
