how to view the .ply file data from text file

I have the .ply data with the header,vertex list info,Face list info in a text file.Is it possible to view that data in matlab??

Direct .ply support has not been added since you were asking about such things a few months ago. You can, however, use the facilities in the MATLAB library already referred to
