Why are some of the images from my subsystems missing from my report generated with Simulink Report Generator 2.1.1 (R14SP1)?

I instruct Simulink Report Generator 2.1.1 (R14SP1) to generate a report with images of my model which contains subsystems, however the images never appear in RTF format and a number of them are also missing in the other formats.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

We have verified that there is a bug in Simulink Report Generator 2.1.1 (R14SP1) in the way that a report with images of a model which contains nested subsystems is generated.

There are currently no known workarounds.
