A function that separates an image into three two dimensional matrices, RGB

function [R, G, B] = Separate_RGB_components(image_RGB);
%Take an Image and seperate it into three 2 dimensional matrices
R=image_RGB(:,:,1);
G=image_RGB(:,:,2);
B=image_RGB(:,:,3);

This is my code for the function but I am getting an error when I do the following, >>

A=imread('background.jpg');
>> Seperate_RGB_components(A)
Undefined function 'Seperate_RGB_components' for input
arguments of type 'uint8'.

You have a typo error, you wrote

Seperate_RGB_components(A)

It should be

Separate_RGB_components(A)
