ECG problem, figure problem

Hello,

I have a subplot of 12 graphs on one figure (1) and a grid on another figure (2). I would like some help on how to set the subplot graphs onto the figure 2 which is the grid.

The problem is when I run the code it separates it out into two different figures, if anything is unclear please see below for the data, the raw data is in the folder named 'twelvelead1' and the relative code is in the folder named 'REV1'.
