Please help me im getting crazy!

i need to build a Simulink model and i should use a User defined Matlab function block in it. I use Matlab R2011a and i have already installed Microsoft visual c++ V10 and SDK1 and done with mex -setup but im still recieving the error:

 fatal error U1052: file 'ntwin32.mak' not found 
Stop.

and the model can not be run properly. any suggestion? tnx

Please do not get crazy!

To investigate on your own, I would look at this solution:

Don;t forget the part where you need to manually select "x64 Compilers and Tools"
