Raspberry Pi Firmware Update Issues

I have been struggling to update the Raspberry pi firmware to run Simulink models on raspberry pi. Even after 100% download i keep getting this error - "Download failed: Download timeout error". If anyone has been able to update the firmware successfully then please guide me.

Disable your anti-virus software before starting the installation.
