Simulink model not editable

Hi, I am trying to create a QPSK tx model in Simulink, so adding a "CIC compensator" block would be very useful. My problem is that I am not able to change its parameters. When I double click the component, all the fields (Order mode, filter type...) are in grey, not editable. EDIT This situation happens with all the models of the library "filter design toolbox"
