Matlab 'stepinfo' wrong values for Overshoot & Undershoot?

I have a transfer function as an input in Matlab, which has a step input. When I plot the results, they're fine, but when I use the command 'stepinfo' to derive the overshoot, undershoot, rise time etc, all values are correct apart from overshoot & undershoot. Is there a common setting or mistake that may cause this? The step input is (1), shouldn't the program know this variable as it's set in the step input block in 'simulink'. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the final step for a Uni report that's due. Thanks

Have you carefully read the documentation of stepinfo ?
I have not discussed the topic in a long time but I think the documentation explains it well and the article here supports the explanation.
If there is a possibility of bugs, I think consulting to Mathworks Contact Support would be the best option.

I have the same difficulties. All other things are fine except overshoot and undershoot
