HELP! for plotting EEG data (10000 numbers by 16 channels)

I really need some help please....this is a pretty long winded thing but any help with any bit of it would be great :)

I want to create a function that can handle an arbitrary number of channels and recording time and the function can plot the EEG data in a figure.

It should plot all the channels from top to bottom, with time going horizontally, like in EEGLab.

I also want a 5 sec window of data is plotted in the figure. so by pressing the 1 key, one should be able to see 5 seconds forward and by pressing the 4 key 5 seconds backwards Pressing the 2 key should show 1 second forward and pressing the 3 key should show 1 second backwards

If an EEG channel exceeds a specified threshold the trace should become red. Pressing the 9 key should close the figure and exit the function.

can anybody help me please? I almost want to die :'( xxx
