sum of the numbers in each column,cell

I have a cell

I want sum of the numbers in each column in in cell if number in matrix is >0

Z={1x7 cell}
Z{1}= [1x3 double]    [1x3 double]    [1x3 double]    [1x3 double]    [1x3 double] [1x3 double]  [1x3 double]
