How to detect the number from the image?

I want to detect the number from the image.Here is the image.

After doing some operation i am getting this image.

Now the problem is it will not detect 5 number it will only detect the 0 number.Some time it will detect 5 number as a 4 number. Please help me to solve this.Thank you.

Looks like you didn't perform very good operations. But even if you did, there is no OCR built into MATLAB so you'll have to write that part yourself. Search the File Exchange and Answers forum for OCR to find examples.
