simulink problem...after the update to 2013b

I have a simulink model which worked just fine with 2012b version. I updated my matlab to 2013b and now i got all sorts of errors (printscreen of these errors are attached) Also,after the update, when i tried to run it with my old 2012b it didnt work either. Thoughts?

What happens if you just copy the model (and its dependent files) to a new folder and try running it? I suspect that some automatically generated files from a previous release may be causing the error. Is your folder empty except for your model files?
