mean of whole cell array

i hv a cell b of size 3 X 4, whr b is

b= 12X10 double 12X10 double    [ ]           [ ] 
   12X10 double 12X10 double 12X10 double 12X10 double
   12X10 double   [ ]             [ ]        [ ]

i want to take mean of whole array and that should result in 12X10 double matrix
