I am using PCI-1721 card from advantech and trying to interface with matlab but couldn't acquire even the device information. Please give some suggestions to solve this problem.

Are you using 32 bit MATLAB or 64 bit MATLAB? Only the 32 bit drivers are supported for that manufacturer.
The PCI-1721 is not listed as being supported, see https://www.mathworks.com/products/daq/supported/advantech.html

I am using 32bit MATLAB.. Is there any possibilities to make it work with MATLAB as it is not in the list...??

It is potentially possible, but if you are starting without the source to the existing advantech drivers, then the work involved would likely cost you more than buying a new interface board would.

Time was a constraint for us, so we didn't find any solution for that. Instead we went for LabVIEW with the same card.
