Fiber diamter and orientation!

Hi, I am working on a similar kind of problem. I have converted my RGB image to binary image, then applied global thresholding, then creates distance transform image and skeleton image and when I multiply them they are not working! Can you please send me your codes so that I can try? I appreciate your help. Soumitra

You should post your code and post a sample image, and indicate what result you are seeing instead of it "working".
