Undefined function 'de2bi' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Hi everyone, I have a small error in my code. I will be honest, it has been a few months since I last used matlab so please be gentle! Attached is my code where I have the following error message directed towards line 8: Undefined function 'de2bi' for input arguments of type 'double'. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

I think I know why this is happening.

de2bi function belongs to 'communication system toolbox'. This toolbox is most likely not installed/available for your matlab. Thats why your code does not recognizes this function.
