how to solve H using Matlab?

H*[1 20.758 0]'=[1 20.758 0 0]'

' = transpose

the answer= H=[21.758 0 0;0 1 0;0 0 1;-2075.8 100 0]..i don't how do they get the answer. if using divide, the answer not the same

There is no unique solution to that, but

 H=eye(4,3);

is one solution.
