How to complete a surface with "trisurf" command?

Hi,

I have a surface of something which was plotted using the "trisurf" command. I cut part of the surface by deleting all dots below a selected plane. After that I have A sort of a tube. now I need to seal the hole with triangles. How Can I do that easily?
