Coefficients extraction from Neural Network Fitting Tool

When one uses 'lsqr' to fit some data, it is very simple to extract the optimised coefficients of input data which make the calculated fit to output.

Can we do the same when using Neural Network Fitting Tool?

How can one extract the single coefficients / weights for input arguments after fitting the data with NN Fitting tool?
