Download Code onto MPC555 using Simulink.

Hi all,
trying to download built Code onto MPC555, using Simulink it can't work it give this error:
.
Any help ? Any solution? PLEASE. I used the choose serial port correctly using native serial port rather than usb-to-serial. How to overcome this problem?
