Plotting & Clustering points in Matlab needed clarification

In this figure the lines are detected.We are asked to plot the red points and yellow points separetly and cluster it.We are new to Matlab.1)How to plot only the red and yellow points 2) how to cluster it.Kindly help us with Matlab coding

Call plot():

plot(xYellow, yYellow, 'r.', 'MarkerSize', 15);

Since your code drew the lines , you must have the endpoints of the lines. Just load those into xRed, yRed, xYellow, and yYellow and call the lines of code above.
