Interfacing MATLAB output to Nuvoton ARM cortex board

I have a program in MATLAB which does image processing. The aim of the program is to extract the characters and display it in a notepad file. Now I want to interface this with the microcontroller's LCD- Nuvoton arm cortex- NU140VE3CN- the development board's reference manual can be found here: http://www.nuvoton.com/hq/enu/ProductAndSales/ProductLines/MicrocontrollerApplicationIC/ARMMicrocontroller/ARMCortexTMM0/Documents/Nu-EVB_001%20Board%20User%27s%20Guide%20v2.0.pdf
How can I send the data to the device so that it can be displayed on it's LCD?
