How to parse a string like this?

Hi everyone,

I am reading a set of strings from a text file as shown below. I want to save the numbers in BOLD extracted and stored in a matrix. How can I do that?

"JJJ--14-211 k812 YOU1, -1, 3, 12 , 551 , 853 , 00 , 876 , 6.5 , 0.00112 , 11 , 412.31 ,"

In fact, I want to know how can I discard the part before the first number in BOLD and also remove the commas and store the numbers in a row vector?
