Find and Bracket function

Hi everyone, I will like to ask if this

P=find((RT)>(RF)) ProbP=(numel(P))/1000;

is the same as Probability[RT>RF] If the sample space of RT and RF is both 1000.

Are you trying to test wheter a Random Variable (RV) is greater than another RV?
