How can I find add-ons button for R2012b?

The question looks simple but for the last two days I couldn't find that button. I want to add arduino support from add-ons but that button is hiding from me. If somebody simply says where it is I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I believe that button was added in a later release of MATLAB. If you can't upgrade to a newer release, try:

 >> targetinstaller
