how to construct the 10x10 matrix

if I am using the comand of 1:1:10 is giving [1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10] this is 1x10 matrix but I want 10 rows in the matrix and the values in each rows must be same given above.please help me is there any comand for constructing the 10x10 matrix

for this specific case is very easy, for other cases a little adjustment might be needed.

x=meshgrid(1:10);
