i am a student and i have to do multidisciplinary design optimization of an aircraft using matlab i have my objective functions , design varaibles and constraints .Now i need help to do this because i don't know how to use optimization toolbox of matlab

I might be biased, but I think the first thing to do is consult the documentation. Especially, see the getting started section, the featured examples, and the optimization setup sections.
