I want do use the SDK compiler for Matlab R2008a running on a Windows 7-System.(it should be a free compiler, because I only use it to create mex files) I could install the SDK but I'm not able to use the compiler and get always information like attached. What is the procedure to get a running system (additional installations, filechanges, etc..)
Compiler: Microsoft Platform SDK 14.0 Location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0
Are these correct [y]/n? y
Trying to update options file: C:\Users\edgastam\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2008a\mexopts.bat From template: C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2008a\bin\win64\mexopts\mspsdkopts.bat
Done . . .

This looks okay to me, what happens when you try to use MEX?
