Fixed-Point Conversion Problems

I used Fixed-Point Conversion to convert floating Matlab program to fixed Matlab program.But many parts of program are not reach.

1,Do they change results of converted fixed point? How can I fixed this problems???

2,I also pass Test Numerics. I used .._wrapper_fixpt.m and .._fixpt.m which obtained from fixed-point conversion to compile but it doesn't work(taking very long times compare with floating Matlab).How can I solve this problems? Thank you for your consideration.
