How can I create a simulink model using CCSv5

I have CCSv5.5 and MatLab 2013b, and I want to do what this video does. My TI control card is tms570Ls3137. And I want to do what this youtube video does.

Is this possible since the video uses version 4 and I am using version 5. If so when I tried to do what they did, I only had one option for configuration which is: PCWIN64_blank_configuration

Is this the one I want for my control card? Also they have a tab about the tools' directories they are using and I don't have this option. How can I remedy this?
