Hello,
I have a question regarding Bode diagram. My system is in terms of transfer function in Simulink and would like to see frequency response.
System is a valve, stays in mid position and can make back and forward strokes. The length of stroke depends on the voltage applied. So I would like to see its behaviour against sinus voltages whose amplitude range between 0-9 V.
When I make a normal bode diagram analysis, don´t know what my input amplitude is. Could anyone enlighten me ?

Nuh, the input for a frequeny analysis using bode plots is a sine wave with varying frequency, which is exactly what you are inputting. The amplitude is not essential. The frequency is, but this is handeled automatically through the bode plot functionality in MATLAB.
In other words, the only thing you need to do is define the transfer function and then use the bode command to get the bode plot.
