How to make predictions using neuron networks ?

for time series vectors X(t) and Y(t), t=1,2,..,N. and for each Y(t) = f(X(t-1),X(t-2),Y(t-1),Y(t-2)). What I want to know is Y(N+1) using neuron networks model.
who can help me to write the codes ? I am using Matlab 2012a now.
