Processing SimEvents Data Signals

What is a good way to process data signals from SimEvents (i.e. plotting graphs)? One thing that may be an issue is the possibility of multiple data points for each time step. I would really appreciate an example.

Can you clarify what you mean by "process"? Are you asking how to observe signals that might have multiple data points at each time step? Or are you asking how to model against them, i.e. how to make your model react to them?
